Ministers salary should be linked to median workers salary and
not to the top eight earners of six well-paid professions- for
more transparency
Linking Ministers salary to the median peoples salary is better
then current practice of linking Ministers salary to CEOs
salary.
Because:
1. Itll promote more transparency.- until now- people only know

3. The remuneration of the Minister should be based on the progress
of the people- not the progress of the elite.

policies to favour exploitation of the lowly workers for the sake
of greater company returns.- eg via importing foreign workers
withput thought for upgrading the Singapore worker.
4. Upgrading the Singapore worker means paying mature students a
salary in reward for greater academic achievement in desirable
industries.
